Position Summary
We are looking for a WebOperations person utilizing a modern global CMS platform for a global client across 11 markets in Asia. The role is a mixture of excellent organization and project management skills and technical understanding. The right person will have an interest in growing a career in an organisation known for technical excellence mixed with creative passion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Asia version of global website both internally and externally through Jira and Sharepoint
• Organize page replications, translations, and localization
• Check website for errors to be fixed
• Check and approve pages to go live
• Review partner agency projects and feedback on design and UX
• Manage stakeholders and reporters in terms of meeting their needs and timings
• Working with outside developers to coordinate desktop and mobile pages going live, making sure they have assets
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
• Strong command of the English language
• Highly organized and detailed, with good planning, execution and coordination skills
• Capability to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Savvy Internet user
• Experience with web development, web marketing and web management
• Familiarity with the basic principles of web design and development
• Good communicator, team player and problem solver
• Creative, passionate and driven
• Shows good initiative
• Knowledge of Adobe Day CQ an advantage
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
2 - 3 years’ experience in a project manager role preferably in the online environment.
