We need to build a new business directory site urgently.

On homepage, it will have a rows of advertisement banners (4 columns by 10 rows) and we want the advertisement banners to be rotated for every refresh. We also want to separate the rows of the advertising banners to 3 tiers. For example, First tier's banners rotating within 1st rows for the premium advertisers, second tier's banners rotating within 2nd row and 3rd row for the gold advertisers and the remaining of the rows for the basic advertisers.

We also need a business directory listing that can be filtered by categories and locations and also a search function. Very similar to http://search.insing.com/ts/home-garden/interior-designers-home-decorators, which fixed the positions of the premium listing (highlighted in) and display on every pages of the listing for the premium advertisers.

There will also be 1 enquiry form that allows the users to send enquiries to multiple vendors at once.

There are only about 8 to 10 pages and the rest are pretty straightforward like About us, contact us, guides, blog.

Payment Terms
30% on demonstration of prototype for website
30% on first working version
40% on final working version

3. Must be able to complete within 2 to 3 weeks.
