The Goldlink Group is a luxury retailer in men’s accessories. We are currently looking for a sales associate to join our dynamic team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for maintaining exemplary customer service as per the company\'s standards, generating sales, support in-store merchandising standards, and safeguarding company assets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Building customer loyalty to the brand.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Aid customers in locating merchandise.
• Participate in weekly inventory and cycle counts.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Assist in completing price changes within the department.
• Assist in keying sales using POS system and/or bagging merchandise.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience Include: An ideal candidate will have 2 years of retail working experience, luxury retail experience a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. In addition, candidates should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, possess strong customer service and computer skills as well as be a self starter with an upbeat attitude. Candidates applying for full-time position must be able to work retail hours and commit at least 1 year. Only Singaporeans and PRs need to apply.
