Job Description :

  • General IT Support / Troubleshooting
  • Supporting thru Phone , Email , Web , Fax
  • Ensure service guidelines are adhere to and achieved
  • Job Requirement
  • Minimun Diploma in IT
  • Experience required ( At least 1-2 years experience in providing helpdesk support
  • Familiar with Windows Environment
  • Familiar and able to troubleshoot MS Office Applications, Email and Internet Usage
  • Singaporean / Singaporean PR prefered
  • Able to work on rotating shift
