Job Description :
- General IT Support / Troubleshooting
- Supporting thru Phone , Email , Web , Fax
- Ensure service guidelines are adhere to and achieved
- Job Requirement
- Minimun Diploma in IT
- Experience required ( At least 1-2 years experience in providing helpdesk support
- Familiar with Windows Environment
- Familiar and able to troubleshoot MS Office Applications, Email and Internet Usage
- Singaporean / Singaporean PR prefered
- Able to work on rotating shift
