Job Scope :
You will provide onsite desktop services, installation, operations and support of our in-house sales applications at the various locations to our agency force. You will also attend to users’ requests, follow-up and ensure proper closure of service calls.
Pre-requisites :
- Diploma with at least 2 years’ hands-on experience in Helpdesk Support
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Analytical and multi-tasking capabilites with good communication skills
- Dynamic and result-oriented team player
