The Job
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Handling telephone calls and monitoring customers’ accounts
- Issuing invoices and credit notes
- Handling, Checking and Processing of Petty Cash Claims, Staff Claims and * Reimbursements
- GST Reporting
- Provides accounting and administrative support
- 5 days work week
The Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level / LCCI / Dip in Accounting or CAT Level 2
- At least 2 years of related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge or Experience on SAP System will be an added advantage
- Young and dynamic with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
