The Job

  • Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Handling telephone calls and monitoring customers’ accounts
  • Issuing invoices and credit notes
  • Handling, Checking and Processing of Petty Cash Claims, Staff Claims and * Reimbursements
  • GST Reporting
  • Provides accounting and administrative support
  • 5 days work week

The Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / LCCI / Dip in Accounting or CAT Level 2
  • At least 2 years of related working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge or Experience on SAP System will be an added advantage
  • Young and dynamic with good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
