Responsibilities:

Interact with customers, partners, and product management in defining the scope of projects and functional specifications.

Supervise developers at the design and implementation level to ensure correctness of code and scope relevance.

Resolve cross team interdependencies and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure product features are consistently implemented

Participate in project planning process and assist Development Manager in identification of a project’s critical path, its risks, and project technology choices

Manage the Product Development Plan, and resolve scheduling dependencies to ensure product feature end to end schedule

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering with minimum 3 years’ team lead, strong software development skills/project management experience

Leadership in development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.

Anchor in project execution with significant influence in project decision making.

Excellent skills in research and analysis, project planning and project management.
