We are a growing full-service through-the-line agency and our work is predominantly advertising, branding, event, and digital. Due to expansion, we seek a creative studio manager to play a pivotal role in a busy creative studio which report directly to the Business Manager.

This is a high energy position where you will be responsible for managing a team of up to 10 creative designers, ensuring the most efficient and highest quality work is delivered at all times. Being accountable for the entire workflow of the creative studio, besides being a strong visual communicator, a keen eye for detail and a conceptual thinker with excellent design skills, you display excellent leadership qualities and strong management skill. Hence, it is necessary that you possess staff management experience and ability to traffic work through the creative process.

You are the point of contact between the creative and the account servicing team. You are required to offer a great balance of creative and design management. The creative studio manager essential responsibilities are:

Creative:

• Effectively communicate creative and ideas across all channels

• Deliver fresh, compelling design and art direction within tight timelines

Management:

• Liaising with account servicing team, external production parties and managing creative team
• Instill and enforce process and procedure
• Trafficking working through the studio, approving timesheets, prioritizing work, scheduling to ensure works are delivered on time.
• Monitoring creative and studio costs
• Managing studio IT requirement

• Archiving all electronic files of work completed
