The candidate must be willing to work on problems in a number of areas, including cutting-edge p2p technologies, performance and scalability issues related to dealing with vast amount of real-time data to be transferred across Internet, and a number of collaboration features. He must be a quick learner and enthusiastic individual with the ability to thrive in unstructured environment.

Required Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Java
• Multi-thread programming and high-performance optimizing skills in Windows, Unix/Linux environments
• COM / DCOM / ActiveX and Internet / TCPIP / socket programming
• Excellent organization skills, communications skills (both verbal and written)
• Independent, strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• For senior position, several years of experience with development tools like Visual C++, Visual Studio .NET, Eclipse, and GNU C/C++

Several years of experience with many of the followings:

• Programming knowledge of remote computing using VNC or Microsoft Remote Desktop applications
• Experience with designing/developing applications with technologies like COM, ASP/ActiveX, ATL, JSP / DHTML / JavaScript, VBA, Visual Basic, VB Script
• Experience with design / development of UI using C#, C++, .NET
• Working knowledge of emerging UI technologies like AJAX

• Experience in building real-time conferencing systems involving IM, voice and video
