1st Level Helpdesk Support

Job Description:

  • general IT support /troubleshooting
  • supporting thru phone, email, web, fax
  • ensure service guidelines are adhere to and achieved

Job Requirements:

  • minimum ‘O’ levels
  • experience not required
  • familiar with Windows environment
  • familiar and able to troubleshoot MS Office applications, email and internet usage
  • speaks English fluently
  • Singaporean/ Singapore PR prefered

2nd Level Helpdesk Support

Job Description:

  • advance IT troubleshooting
  • troubleshooting hardware/software issues
  • troubleshooting basic networking issues
  • supporting thru phone, email, web, fax
  • ensure service guidelines are adhere to and achieved

Job Requirements:

  • minimum ‘A’ levels preferably with IT certification
  • experience not required
  • advance knowledge in Windows OS
  • understand and able to troubleshoot basic networking issues
  • advance knowledge and able to troubleshoot MS Office applications, email and internet usage
  • speaks English fluently
  • Singaporean/ Singapore PR prefered
