Responsibilities:

• To perform regular monitoring of application system;
• Undertake designated operational tasks such as running application batch jobs and data backup;
• Maintain/update of magnetic media and to keep a proper record of all media residing in both Datacentre and Cisco premises;
• 1st level problem resolution before escalation of problem through the designated channels;
• Environmental checks and monitoring;

• Support the Datacentre Supervisor in carrying out various tasks that may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer studies or equivalent;
• Knowledge in data center facilities and its infrastructure;
• Possess basic Unix skills and exposed to backup software;
• Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
• Able to start work soon is an advantage;

• Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR may apply.
