I would require web programming and database development for the following functions.

1. Accounts creation
2. Job posting function (Similar to jobber applications, but customised to my preference.)
3. Search system within the website.

I currently have a series of webpages completed using html/css.
Thus, the design part is settled.


The programmer MUST be from Singapore and speaks english.
He must be able to meet up to discuss the website in detail.
