You have a deep understanding of the medium and the technology to help produce creative and innovative solutions to client problems. You must be able to communicate equally well with both the technical and creative teams and be an integral part of projects from brief to delivery.
You are expected to be equipped with the skill-sets to handle and produce projects, involving both web authoring as well as rich media development (mainly in Adobe Flash & AJAX). You will be fully involved in the creative process from brief to delivery. You are proactive in devising and realizing new ways to solve client problems using advanced multimedia and data-handling techniques. The ability to adhere to technical and security guidelines and procedures as determined by the team lead will be important.
You should have strong working ethics and be a self motivated individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You will need to work independently or collaboratively with your teammates under critical time frames. You should possess maturity, dependability and have a great working attitude.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Web Authoring – XML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Adobe Flash Programming (AS 2 & AS 3)
- Working knowledge of a variety of operating systems, browsers, FTP clients and other web tools
- Meticulous working habits and fanatical attention to compliancy, standards and details
- 1-2 years of working experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Familiar with at least 2 JavaScript frameworks (MooTools, jQuery or DOMAssistant etc.) and PureMVC framework is a plus
