Super smart, great coder, motivated, fearless, self-starter, and quick learner.
2-4 years hands-on development experience with .NET on mobile devices (.NET Compact Framework)
Knowledge of web service technologies and services (Web Services, REST APIs)

Experience designing and implementing graphical user interface
Self-motivated, self-directed and creative.
Innovative and can create the wow factor

Plus:
Experience developing other mobile applications (Android, iPhone, Palm Pre, etc)
Developing unmanaged mobile solutions – C++
Server side experience: ASP.NET, Web Services
Experience with location technologies (GPS, compass, maps, etc.)
Experience with Open GL \ ES, DirectShow
Experience with Image processing
Startup experience
