Here is what You have to be:

• Independent, Responsible, Reliable

• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent in command of written and spoken English

• Good in command of HTML, CSS, Flash Action Script 2 & 3

• Able to manage the entire project cycle and deliver consistent results

• Tech-savvy with regards to web technologies and the WWW
