We are looking for a CSS developer who has a gift for developing simple yet brilliant online web experience thru CSS/XHTML and excited about working with other talented individuals to create THE web application that matters to people.

Responsibilities
• Enhance the technical team and develop new modules with your expertise in CSS/XHTML and web technologies
• Work closely with the creative team and the back-end development team to be the ultimate bridge in bringing static design to life.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on product specifications, wireframes and design, maintaining web standards and best practices, drafting technical specifications, cross browser unit testing and using source control and versioning procedures.
• Debug and troubleshoot to improve the presentation layer thru simplification.
• Client-side functionality based on wireframes, design files, and functional specifications utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript/AJAX.
Qualifications Requirements
• Proven HTML experience. Ability to code HTML by hand using a text editor is a must
• Strong Skills in Photoshop. Impress us when you can slice up a design within a day.
• You can tell us the pros and cons of using a grid system in CSS coding
• You have a portfolio with codes you can point us to and you are proud to present your work to others.
• Passionate about user experience, and appreciate the magic that Content, Look and Feel, and Interactivity can create.
• Your interests should include Usability, Graphic Design, and AJAX
• You've worked on web products on rapid development cycles. “Rapid” here means 2-4 week development cycles.
• You enjoy high levels of autonomy but you are also a great team player who can communicate well with your team-mates.
• Loves the craft of building and deploying beautiful software.
• Willingness to work in an agile environment, delivering incremental value at regular iterations.
• Ideally, you graduated from a polytechnic, college or University and have a technical degree or diploma in computer science or other related disciplines.
