- Team lead for the support Engineers.
- Planning the manpower resources for day to day operations and scheduling the duty roster and standby.
- Handling customer escalation and issues.
- Providing technical solution to the Engineers in the case the issue is beyond their capability.
- Meeting with Customers on new requirement on new Maintenance initiative.
- Setting back to back for the contract customers.
- Helping presales in costing of maintenance.
- Help in maintenance quote during tender
- Technical account planning for Engineers and proactive support activities.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Pre-sales activities for support contracts.
- Help out in the maintenance group in the Preventive and Corrective maintenance
- Managing the network operations.

Requirements

- Knowledge of networking products like Cisco, checkpoints etc other industry networking products.
- Knowledge on various networking technologies.
- Sound knowledge of Cisco equipments and product capabilities.
- CCNP/CCNA certifications.
- 5-6 years of experience in support or implementation network solutions.
- Customer handling and management skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Team player and effective interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to lead the team and provide directions.
