- Create and revise product documentation to ensure that they are technically accurate, clear, complete and of the highest quality

- Research, write, index, edit, proofread and format documentation within time frame

- Use functional specifications and other source materials, as well as interviews with software developers and other internal sources to obtain essential information

- Test procedural and reference documentation, examples, and online help

- Contribute to the information development processes, procedures and style guides

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer/Software/Electronics & Communications Engineering with minimum 2 years' software development and/or QA testing experience in a LINUX/UNIX environment

- Good knowledge of LINUX/UNIX, Perl, Python and Software/QA testing

- Good understanding of software and software development concepts

- Demonstrated ability to manage small projects from planning to delivery with minimal management intervention

- Demonstrated ability to write documentation requiring minimal editing

- Experience with the core information development toolkit: FrameMaker, WebWorks, Acrobat, and Paint Shop Pro

- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are most welcomed to apply
