We are looking for a kickass developer with experience in delivering good quality code. You should be a bit of a perfectionist but still keeping an eye on delivering the project. We need problem solvers that can design elegant solutions.

We hope to find someone with practical Ruby on Rails experience but we don’t mind a Python, Java, .NET developer as long as you can pick things up easily and get things done.

A bit about us, we are a small Rails shop that’s just getting started big time. We try our best to follow best practices in web development and are always open to improving how we do what we do (that’s why we’re hiring you).

Essential Requirements
