Looking for web front end developer to put readily PSD files into HTML.
Need to be well-versed in Jquery, CSS stylesheets, have done web sites that are both viewable in desktops and mobile browsers.
This project requires full-size background image in all resolution browser, and has hotspot navigation in the background.
